Kuntaringtjanya. One big rock there, it’s sacred. Kuntaringtjanya has big story for me. It’s my borning place, my Tjukurpa. This paintings is part of the Tingari cycle, travelling to the west of Kintore. It depicts the location of Kuntaringtjanya, moving from rock hole to rock hole (kapitu, kapitu).
