Margaret Bloomfield is related by marriage to the Young family who has been deeply involved at Keringke Arts since its inception in 1989, and is also the granddaughter of Billy Benn, a well-known landscape artist from Atitjere (Harts Range). Originally from Atitjere, Margaret moved to Ltyentye Apurte (Santa Teresa) in 2002, and began watching and learning from Mary and Evelyn Young. She soon discovered her own passion for painting where she has developed a distinctive style.
