The Desert Mob 2024 Exhibition showcases over 30 Art Centres and is an invitation to view hundreds of works by artists who are members of Aboriginal-governed community art centres across Central Australia. Exhibiting alongside emerging and mid-career artists, many of the senior artists are veterans of the event, with established international profiles.
Join the artists for the official opening of the Desert Mob 2024 exhibition and the exclusive opportunity to acquire works prior to the exhibition going live online from 9am, Friday 6 September (all times ACST). All works will be available to purchase.
Purchase art and purchase merch! To celebrate Desert Mob 2024 we present, in limited editions, a big waxed cotton canvas tote for bush or big smoke, socks in signature cloud and spinifex logos (hot, as in, cool), the much sort-after Desert Mob
T-shirt (your chance to represent with the 35 art centres participating in this year’s event), and the 2024 Catalogue, a beautiful 136 page publication featuring artist and art centre profiles, feature artworks and an eassy by guest contributor Genevieve Grieves. Get one, or all, here:
