PAYMENTS

All artworks remain on exhibition until Sunday 20 October 2024.

No work will be removed from the exhibition or be made available to the purchaser before Monday 21 October 2024.

All prices and sales are in AUD.

The purchase price does not include shipping. Please see Shipping notes for details.

All sales are final. Desart will only issue a refund in line with ACCC consumer guarantees.

Payment methods accepted Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, JCB, Apple and Google Pay.

SHIPPING AND COLLECTION

SHIPPING

All purchased artworks will be available after the conclusion of the exhibition. For freighting, artworks will be shipped between 28 October and 08 November 2024.

 

Two freighting options are available for artworks purchased from Desert Mob – TNT/Fed Ex, and International Art Services (I.A.S). I.A.S is a premium artwork transporting service at a higher cost and is recommended for any fragile works – framed works and ceramics – or for paintings where re-stretching is prohibitive.

At the conclusion of the exhibition, artworks to be freighted will be packed and you will be notified  of the freight cost via email or phone.

We will provide you with an online invoice for payment. Freight charges must be paid in full prior to artworks being sent.

If the delivery address and contact details are different from the purchaser details, this must be provided at the time of purchase to avoid redirection costs being charged to the purchaser.

For interstate freight utilising TNT/Fed Ex, paintings with a dimension over 150cm will be unstretched. The stretcher frame will be dismantled and included in the shipment for delivery  within Australia.

For international freight, all paintings will be unstretched and the timber stretcher frame will not be included in the shipment due to customs restrictions.

Costs incurred for freight that is unable to be delivered are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be notified and an invoice issued for redelivery.

Desart insures all artworks while in transit to the addressee.

Customers may arrange their own freight; however, this must occur within two (2) weeks of being notified of artworks being available for collection.

Requests to expedite or delay the delivery of artworks, after the exhibition concludes, will be considered on application by the customer.

 

COLLECTION

All purchased artworks will be available after the conclusion of the exhibition. For collection, works will be available from the Araluen Art Centre from Wednesday 23 October to Friday 08 November 2024, weekdays, between 10am – 4pm.
